TEAM MEMBERS
WELCOME TO THE TEAM!
We are so glad to have you join us on this journey of getting to know God and spreading His Word. Now that you’re part of the THC Family, let’s get you connected!
TEAM MEMBER ORIENTATION
Now that you're part of the team, we need to get you ready to serve in the unique world of THC. Whether you're new to church or have been serving in churches for years, we recognize that you may have some expectations around how that service should look. That's why we have created Team Member Orientation.
Team Member Orientation is designed to create shared expectations across all THC teams. Over the next 30 minutes, you'll learn how we honor God through service, our standards of behavior and the language of THC.
This course is required for all THC team members, so grab a snack and head over to the THC E-School to get started.
POPULAR APPS
From speeding up processes to improving communication, we know that technology can be your friend in the ministry. This is why we encourage our team members to take full advantage of the tools and technologies made available to them. While this can vary greatly from team to team, there are a couple that all teams at THC share...
Planning Center Services is a scheduling tool designed to make knowing when it's your turn to serve easy. In this app, you can accept or decline service requests, block out dates for service and set preferences on serving frequency.

Do you have a copy of the THC Culture Guide?
Culture is the set of shared beliefs, attitudes, goals, practices and behaviors that characterize all organizations, including THC. As a driving force behind how effective we can be for The Kingdom, we have chosen to be intentional about defining our culture.
